They did a full, to-the-studs, renovation of our 1926 Spanish style home in Los Feliz, LA, doing foundation reconstruction, replacing all the services, plumbing, electrical and more, doing beautiful tile work, rebuilding the kitchen and three bathrooms, adding a beautiful oak floor, renovating windows and doors. “One can only hope that when one needs a contractor, one can find an honest and fair one. I know that we did when our handyman recommended IGWT Construction to help us evaluate and address a “roof” leak which had resulted in recurring flooding of our bathroom floor after a series of California winter storms in 2024-2025. When we learned that our composite roof was definitely a source of leaking, David provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Less than a week later, our new roof had been installed quickly, even between additional rain storms, and looked beautiful...”
